This house is the one with the most fans amongst our regular customers. Even though it's not at walking distance from the beach as all our other options, it's spacious kitchen and living room, and amazing view over the entire Peniche area makes it a great option. From the balcony you can see the sunset in the ocean, right next to the Berlenga Island.

It's the perfect option for winter vacations for those who are used to super warm houses, having a central heating system with all floors heated.
And the distance it has from the beaches of Baleal, makes it closer to the beaches of Almagreira and the golf courses of Praia d'el Rey and Bom Sucesso.
The decoration is always a wow factor, and we have lost count on how many people offered to buy the living room center table.
Downstairs you have a space with a ping pong table, always a favourite, and the private sheltered patio, with it's outside furniture, is a great place to let the afternoon pass by.

This is an independent house, every areas that you see are for your use only.
Right in front of the house there are plenty of parking spaces, and you will never have a problem in getting a free space, anytime of the year.
